I’m writing this mid-flight…headed to the Meant for Magic Women’s Conference in Florida…an event for women who are stepping into a more attuned version of themselves. More embodiment. More expansion. More soul-aligned success.
This season isn’t about hustle or force. I’m claiming it as my “expansion season.”
One that begins with alignment. One that’s rooted with only things that are full-body HELL-YES, deep listening and trust.
Which brings me to today’s journal entry:
“Alignment isn’t a destination….it’s a frequency. And it’s always available if you slow down enough to tune in.”
You can be successful and still feel off.
You can be high-performing and still feel like you’re operating from someone else’s blueprint.
Getting back to alignment isn’t about fixing anything:
It’s about remembering what’s already true underneath the noise.
It’s about allowing yourself to EVOLVE.
It’s recognizing that what you have been doing in the miiiiight not work for you anymore.
Here are 4 questions to that will bring you back home to yourself every time. Because everything you need is already inside you…you just gotta do the work to pull it out.
Grab a pen and journal and let’s dive in….
1. What do you ACTUALLY want?
Not what’s trending. Not what’s popular.
Not what your partner, clients or coach want.
What do YOU want? In this season. In this moment.
Without a filter…allow yourself to BRAIN DUMP whatever comes to mind.
This is where clarity starts.
2. Why do you want it?
Your why isn’t for the world. It’s for YOU! (and your nervous system)
It’s the reason you stay committed when no one’s watching.
Let’s get honest:
Is your why anchored in freedom OR validation?
Is it rooted in alignment or approval?
Write down all the reasons why you want the things you say you want? What will it give you? How would your life experience change if you made it happen?
3. What do you want life to FEEL like?
Because goals without emotion are just performance. You did the thing…hooray! Have you ever achieved something and then felt empty after? Let’s stop doing that.
Let’s tune in into the emotions and feelings we want on a regular basis:
Do you want more flow, peace, intimacy, aliveness?
Do you want more joy, more happiness, more laughter, more bliss?
What would your life feel like if you were “in your element”?
This is how we build goals around frequency…not force.
4. What’s getting in the way?
Sometimes it's mindset.
Sometimes it’s other people’s expectations.
Sometimes it’s your environment.
Sometimes it’s you trying to stay safe instead of allowing yourself to peak into the unknown.
Write it down. Look at it. Study it. Do you notice any patterns?
Once you see it clearly…you can stop being ruled by it.
Here’s the truth:
Getting aligned isn’t a one-time journal prompt, but it’s a damn good start.
It’s a way of moving from season to season. A way of deciding. A way of becoming. A way of recalibrating. A way of filtering of what’s important to you. A way of going from push energy to pull energy.
